Throughout your visit your personal safety is our concern. We therefore request that you abide by the following:

Access to the premises is only allowed when accompanied by a Brewlander employee. In the event of an emergency, all visitors must leave the premises immediately via the nearest safe exit and report to the designated assembly point. Visitors are allowed to take photographs and videos in the Tasting Room, but prohibited from capturing images (photographs and videos) of anything inside the brewery. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building.

Non-Disclosure Agreement

During your visit to Brewlander's facility, you may learn and/or have disclosed to you proprietary or confidential information (including, without limitations, information relating to technology, processes, equipment, drawings and specifications) which are not generally known to the public (hereinafter collectively called "Confidential Information").

In consideration of your permission to visit Brewlander's facility and for the courtesies extended to you during your visit, you agree I agree that you will not, either;

(a) Disclose or otherwise make available to others any Confidential Information disclosed to you during this and any subsequent visit; or

(b) Use or assist others in using or further developing in any manner any confidential information.

(c) Use cameras or video technology to disclose confidential information.

Brewery Tour Visitors

Join us for a 1 hour 45 mins (strictly no extension to the duration) craft beer appreciation and guided brewery tour where you will get to understand and appreciate craft beers better, and have a personal insight on the behind-the-scene production and packaging of Brewlander beers. The tour will conclude in our Tasting Room where you will get to try our splendid selection of beers on draft (range of beers subject to availability). Beers don't come any fresher than that!!

What you are entitled to for each ticket:

- 1 welcome drink to kick-start the tour

- 1 hour 45 mins guided brewery tour and tasting

- 6 tokens for redemption of beer tasters (200ML) in the Tasting Room

Attire for the tour:

Casual wear with covered shoes for safety and hygiene purposes. Non-covered shoes will not be permitted in certain areas.

Cancellation policy:

- Attendee is to inform minimally 3 days prior to the selected day of tour if you are unable to attend the tour. Refund will only be processed after our acknowledgement upon getting informed.

- Other circumstances to refund for cancellation is up to the discretion of Brewlander.

House Rules:

Maximum number of guests sitting within a group is limited to 8 pax. Inter-groups mingling is strictly prohibited. Anyone age 12 and above will require a ticket to attend our brewery tour, under the companionship of a guardian of 18 year old and above.

All ticket holder must meet the minimum legal age for alcohol assumption of 18 year old to redeem beer with the complimentary tokens, and to consume alcohol on our premise. Complimentary tokens of a ticket holder below the age of 18 may be used by the guardian to redeem beer in our Tasting Room on the day of the tour, within your selected session.

All attendees are required to practice responsible drinking ethnics. Brewlander reserve the rights to reject serving alcohol to any attendee who is deemed to be intoxicated. Brewlander reserve the rights to ask the attendee to leave should he/she displays act of public nuisance or inappropriate behaviour. Photography is allowed in the Tasting Room, but strictly not in the brewery.

Each tour ticket includes 6 tokens for redemption of beer tasters (200ML) in the Tasting Room, which may only be used to redeem beer within your selected session. Any unredeemed tokens will not be refunded.

There is strictly no extension to the duration of each tour session, to ensure that every tour starts and ends on time. Kindly arrive 5 minutes to check-in before your tour starts, and leave on time before the attendees for the next tour arrive. We seek for your kind understanding and cooperation to create a wonderful tour experience for all of our guests and staffs!

Conditions:

Due to the nature of the industry (alcohol) and sector (food & beverage), alcohol tasting might

be involved in the course, for example beer pairing with food. All trainees must meet the minimum legal age for alcohol consumption in Singapore of 18 year old.
All trainees are required to practice due diligence to reach class on time and record their attendance accurately.

Attendance will only be recorded when marked by the trainee personally, for e.g. attendance will not be recognised if marked on behalf of another trainee.
We reserve the rights to ask the trainee to leave should he/she behaves in a disruptive manner that interrupts the class.
